Hi, I'm Michele Riechman—a mom of four, military spouse, online personal trainer, certified EFT coach, and a life and health coach with my doctorate in Physical Therapy

My own health has been a journey. After my first child, I was overwhelmed, anxious, and not sure what to do.

Then after my third child, I slowly started regaining the weight I had worked so hard to lose. I still remember getting out of breath walking up a flight of stairs. That moment became a turning point. Instead of chasing another diet, I focused on simple nutrition, quick strength workouts, and building healthy habits I could actually stick with. I not only lost the weight and kept it off, but I felt better, had more energy, and became stronger than I'd been in years.

Over the years, I realized that getting healthy wasn't just about knowing what to eat or finding the perfect workout. The biggest changes happened when I started working on my mindset, learning to manage stress in healthier ways, processing my emotions instead of avoiding them, and letting go of the all-or-nothing mentality.

Those changes didn't just improve my health—they changed how I showed up in every area of my life. I became more confident, more consistent, and finally found a way of living that felt peaceful instead of exhausting.

I help other women do the same.

I combine evidence-based health strategies with mindset tools like the MODEL, EFT or Tapping, somatic work  and simple habit changes to help busy women over 40 create lasting results without striving for perfection.
